AMAZON is driving me crasy

I bought a book and a couple of CDs on amazon. co.uk. They've sent me an e-mail saying that my order was dispatched 15th October and delivery would take 5 days max. 20 days later I still have no signs of the parcel and my local mail depot people swear they haven't seen it.
This was an ordinary delivery so Royal Mail is unable to trace it.
This is first time I have problems with delivery from Amazon. Their web-site is not exactly user-friendly. I found information how to return
things but I can not find any contact details of customer department. They have a system of cross-referencing, which lieads from A to B, from B to C, and finally from C to A.
This drives me nuts :( Any ideas?
