an observation

in TV shows and movies it is ordinary to see a heterosexual woman having a male gay friend. there is a new plot clishe when a man "A" is jealous of another man "B" but "B" is a homosexual and therefore no threat romantic notions of man "A".

but I am yet to see on the screen a heterosexual man and his lesbian woman-friend. I don't think lesbians are antisocial or hate men en masse. rather having a lesbian friend would be considered as undermining of masculinity of the man in question, he is expected to "recruit her to the right path".

I don't think so

A relationship like that won't last, because a "lesbian woman-friend" would soon grow tired of constant "I know you said no, but I still want you to reconsider that threesome" suggestions.

No reasonable screenwriter would suggest such an improbable (or, rather, hardly possible and volatile) realtionship. It wouln't feel believable, although again- if you really wanna see that on screen, keep checking those whacky shows on TV... maybe, just maybe...
