What to do when the results are negative

I am writing an article about places to publish “negative findings” of scientific experiments, e.g. when the hypothesis  was wrong (A does not correlate with B or  C has no measurable effect on D).

I’ll appreciate your suggestions: comments to Alternatives to PowerPoint presentation have shown (again) that n heads are better than 1.
