As a kid, I had very little ever bought for me, my parents weren't poor, they just instilled into me the idea that I could CREATE fun. A few spare toilet roll tubes, some sticky tape and paper, BAM, I was gone for HOURS. I didn't need the latest computer or the shiniest new toys.
