Резонно. Хотя стиль руководства женщин и мужчин все же неодинаковый. Сужу хотя бы по собственному опыту: доводилось иметь начальников обоего пола.
Да, и не Мальдивские, а Мальвинские (они же Фолклендские) острова, конечно.
