commuter's newspaper about Minsk

As a Belarusian I am relieved and surprised by the positive and, in my view, very true description of our capital city. What I take for granted - the underground, wide and clean streets, Stalinist arhitecture - some people can view as worth seeing and enjoy.

A couple of quotes

...The city is as spotless as a propaganda poster and as safe and efficient as Geneva.
...You know what they say: never judge a town by its tyrant.
